(Message from Jesus) You ask why--why the battles, why the trials? That's easy. It's a simple answer: I wanted you to understand! I wanted you to be able to feel the infirmities of those that you work with, those that you serve. I wanted you to be able to feel the pain, to be able to be touched by their infirmities so that you could understand!

I have also grown you up. You have grown! You have become a new creature! Many old things have passed away and many things have become new, because you did battle! You battled, and now you're being made strong. You battled, and now you understand. You cried, and you understand what it means to cry, to hurt, to feel lonely, to feel pain. This is why I've brought you through this.

These are the reasons for your trials and for your pain. Now you've got a foundation that's strong, so continue to build on that foundation by feeding on My Spirit and My Word. Let Me break you and make you the person that I've wanted you to be all along. Don't worry or fear. Have faith in My love. Have faith in My breakings. Have faith in the trials. Because when they've done their work, you'll be as fine gold--gold that is pure and gives help, gold that can do great and mighty things! Gold is a special and precious thing. Be thankful for those trials. Be thankful for those hard times, because now you're able to appreciate the joy and the beauty of My salvation, the joy and beauty of My Spirit! (A Prayer to Jesus) Thank You for another fresh start today. The most important thing I want to do with this day is share it with You. Before I do anything else, I want to sit right here, at Your feet, and listen to what You have to tell me today. If You want to tell me anything, here I am, Lord. You have my undivided attention. If You have any direction, counsel, guidance, words of wisdom--or maybe even some practical tips that could help me to make it through this day--or any of Your sweet Words of love, here I am. I'm listening.

This is my favorite part of each brand-new day, this time in the morning when I can put aside the cares of life to listen to You and find the strength I need to make it through the day. Thank You for this time. I couldn't make it through the day without it. Just knowing I can wake up and sit here and listen to Your soothing voice is my strength.

Today’s Thoughts

PRIDE'S FEAR OF FAILURE & REFUSAL OFTEN PREVENTS US FROM REACHING OUT TO LOVE OTHERS.

The truly loving are truly humble, & the truly humble are truly loving! You've got to admit, an integral part of love is humility! It takes humility to be affectionate & to receive affection. If you want to really fall in love & accept real love, you have to be humble enough to forsake your pride & receive it! Because humility & love are totally inseparable. You cannot have love, real love, & not be humble, & you cannot have genuine humility without a lot of love! You cannot be proud & have real love!--And you cannot have real love & be proud! Real love has to be very HUMBLE!

This is true even of our relationship with the Lord! Once we have learned that God really loves us & Jesus died for us & that He cares for us, we have to yield & humble ourselves to receive the Lord's Love. It's a humbling thing!

But there's perfect rest in humility, because humility has love & faith without fear. (1Jn.4:18) Love doesn't care what other people think, it just loves in SPITE of what they think! So be humble!--And LOVE! (1Pet.4:8)

Maybe sometimes the Lord just lets us have a problem so that He can give us the answer! He likes to have us pray and find out we can't always solve all our problems and that we need His help! Then & only then, under the supreme & powerful rule & reign of Christ & God's children, will all wars finally cease & the World will at last be governed fairly & well with true justice, liberty, peace, plenty & happiness for all! Everyone on Earth will see God's glorious power & Kingdom & everybody will believe then! So there won't be any unbelievers, but I'm afraid there will still be some unreceivers who won't yield & won't obey & will still be stubborn & rebellious & defiant! 25. AFTER THIS CLIMACTIC BATTLE OF GOG & MAGOG, all the unsaved of all ages will be resurrected for the final Great White Throne Judgement! All of the unsaved dead will finally be raised to stand before God Himself in the final Judgement in which "the books are opened", & they will all be given their final sentences according to their works & will be assigned to their final places in the hereafter. It will be like God taking over the World by invading it from Outer Space--bringing down His Heavenly City & restoring Himself as the King of kings forever! What to Do When You Feel Frazzled

There are going to be times in the day-to-day routine of parenting when you feel overwhelmed by situations and circumstances. You've had an especially trying day at work, your eight-year-old won't do her homework, your teenager's stereo is shaking the house, your toddler didn't make it to the potty in time—and your dinner guests will be here any minute! You feel pushed to the brink.

Every parent faces days like this. You're not alone. And you're not alone in a greater sense: Jesus is right there with you. He understands, and He waits with encouragement and solutions. If you have the opportunity, talking with someone else—maybe your spouse or a friend—can help you see things differently, calm your spirit, and give you a chance to pray together for the Lord's help. You can even ask your children to pray with you. Their faith and simple prayers can be a wonderful encouragement.

Whatever you do, don't give in to feelings of frustration and discouragement. Shoot up a prayer and ask Jesus to give you power for the hour and grace for the space, and He will. Ask Him to help you see your children as He sees them, to see what they are going to become. He will help you view the situation optimistically and with hope. The outlook may be bleak, but the "uplook" (looking up to Jesus) is always bright.

Because children are often a reflection of their parents, it's very easy to get discouraged and feel that you have failed when one or more of your children isn't doing well in some area. But remember they're also God's children, and they are a work in progress, just like you are. "It is God who works in you, both to will and to do for His good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13).

All He expects is that you try your best, give them your love, and leave the rest up to Him. Now that doesn't mean you should just throw up your hands in despair, let "God take care of it," and quit when the going gets rough. He probably intends for you to be part of His solution. You need to find out from Him what He wants you to do, and do it; then put the rest in His hands and let Him do what you can't do.

Prayer Requests

Well, thank you everyone for your prayers for Kerri. She is all better now. Thank you Jesus and to all of you for your prayers! You might remember that she began to get better about the day after I put her on our prayer list so the Lord began to work on healing her right away.

The diagnosis that finally came from the doctors? Well she had a case of Salmonella poisoning which she figures she picked up form some tomatoes she had bought in a super market here. For those of you who don’t know about it. A number of states here have had people showing up at the hospital with Salmonella poisoning that seemed to be traced back to tomatoes.

We she’s better now. Thank the Lord.

10. DURING THIS TRIBULATION PERIOD, 10 "KINGS" WILL JOIN THE ANTICHRIST & TOGETHER THEY WILL DESTROY & "DEVOUR WITH FIRE BABYLON, THE GREAT WHORE".--A final judgement which, according to many Scriptures, sounds like the 10 leading nations of Europe, such as we find in the European Economic Community, uniting with Russia & turning on America in a nuclear first-strike that will destroy her in one hour! (<\\Dan.11:38,39,43&&PUB=Dan:11:38^6>; <\\Rev.17:12,16,17&&PUB=Rev:17:12^6>; <\\18:1-10,17-19&&PUB=rev:18:1^19>.)

11. THIS GREAT ATOMIC WAR, ALONG WITH THE ANTICHRIST'S WORLDWIDE SUPPRESSION & PERSECUTION OF ALL WHO REFUSE TO WORSHIP HIM, will make this Great Tribulation period a time of trouble such as the World has never known! That's why God, in His Word, repeatedly tells us how long this period of Great Tribulation will last--exactly 3-1/2 years, or 42 months, or 1260 days from the time that the Antichrist sets up his Image in the Temple--to encourage us to hang on & keep going for Him! BECAUSE AT THE END OF THAT LAST 3-1/2 YEARS, JUST WHEN THE FIENDISH ANTICHRIST THINKS HE HAS THE WORLD IN HIS GRASP, suddenly--BOOM!--like a bolt from the blue, Jesus will return & snatch all of His children out of this World! Just after that darkest night in World History we are going to have the brightest dawn!--Jesus is going to come back & rescue His Own, His Church, His people, everyone who loves Him & knows Him & has Him in their hearts! 13. ALL OF THE CHRISTIANS WHO HAVE ALREADY DIED & GONE ON TO BE WITH JESUS will come back with Him to pick up their new resurrection bodies!--And "the Earth shall cast out her dead!" (<\\Isa.26:19&&PUB=Isa:26:19^>) Then we who are alive & remain, having miraculously survived & kept witnessing for Jesus throughout the Antichrist's reign of terror, will instantly be changed, transformed, as we receive our new, miraculous, powerful, supernatural, resurrection bodies--just like Jesus' body after He was resurrected!--And up we'll sail towards the sky, "to meet the Lord in the air: & so shall we ever be with the Lord!" ALL OF OUR ANTI-CHRIST ENEMIES WILL BE SHOCKED AS THEY SEE THE LORD COMING IN THE CLOUDS of Heaven with power & great glory, lighting up the whole sky like permanent lightning!--The powers of the Heavens shaken!--The Lord descending with a great shout!--A terrific blast on the trumpet of God!--Graves of the saints bursting open as the dead are raised!--And all of God's children who are still alive transformed before their eyes, flying upwards to meet Jesus! "Every eye shall see Him & all the kindreds of the Earth shall wail because of Him!" (<\\Mt.24:27-31&&PUB=Mat:24:27^5>; <\\Rev.1:7&&PUB=Rev:1:7^>)

JESUS WILL COME BACK TO CATCH HIS BRIDE, HIS CHURCH, OUT OF THE EVIL CLUTCHES OF THE ENEMY & then whisk us away to the grandest, most glorious & thrilling wedding party that's ever been held, the great Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven! Then, right after the Lord rescues & raptures us to be with Him, the horrific Seven Vials of the great Wrath of God are going to be poured out upon the Antichrist & his people in horrible, terrible plagues such as the World has never known! (<\\Rev.19:6-9&&PUB=Rev:19:6^4>; <\\14:14-20&&PUB=rev:14:14^7>; <\\16:11-21&&PUB=rev:16:11^11>.)

GOD'S GONNA POUR OUT HIS JUDGEMENTS & HORRORS & WRATH UPON THE ANTICHRIST & HIS FORCES to punish & sock it to'm with what they deserve!--Until the final Wrath of all, when the wicked gather together at Armageddon in Israel to try to fight the very forces of God. Then Jesus Himself, along with His resurrected, glorified, Heavenly forces, will return to Earth again on majestic white chargers out of Heaven to utterly defeat & destroy the Antichrist & his forces in the supernatural, catastrophic Battle of Armageddon! (<\\Rev.19:11-21&&PUB=Rev:19:11^11>; <\\17:14&&PUB=rev:17:14^>; <\\16:12-21&&PUB=rev:16:12^10>.)

17. THEN WE, THE SAINTS OF GOD, ALONG WITH OUR KING JESUS CHRIST, WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD & ORGANISE IT & RULE IT & RUN IT THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RUN if man had yielded to God! We're going to set up the Kingdom of God on Earth & restore the Earth to the beauty of the Garden of Eden again! This amazing period will last for one thousand years & therefore it is known as The Millennium! (<\\Dan.2:44&&PUB=Dan:2:44^>; <\\7:18,26,27&&PUB=dan:7:18^10>; <\\Rev.20:4&&PUB=Rev:20:4^>.)

Our spiritual enemy, the Devil, really fights us, but as long as we keep fighting back, he can’t win. It brings to mind a song we learnt to sing for when the going got tough:

The original lyrics say, “Keep on believing and pray your way through,” but a woman of God we learned from was a great one for praise so she sang it, “Praise your way through.” That’s how you get the victory! If you believe in prayer, you’re going to start praising the Lord for answering your prayers even before you see those answers

· Again thank you for your continued prayers for Kerri and she wants to let everyone know that she is very thankful for your concern and prayers for her. She is continuing to improve. Due to demands at her job she had to go back to work today after missing the 4 previous days but she was feeling much better and stronger. It’s amazing how it was like the day after I put out the prayer request for her that the Lord began restoring her to better health. Amazing and encouraging! Thank the Lord!

On going prayer list.

I am going to list below the prayer requests that are ongoing. That is, we are still praying for these people and their needs while we wait for the Lord’s answers.

1. Please pray for Nick and his wife Sue. Sue is 7 weeks pregnant and has been told that there is a 90% chance her baby is seriously brain damaged. They are waiting for some test results. They already have 2 children and one is a Downe`s baby.
